How much does a website cost?
Three prices: $799 for Launch, $1,499 for Growth, $1,999 for Flagship, fixed in writing before any work starts. Those are the founding rates for the first ten clients; after that the list prices are $1,500, $2,800 and $3,500. Half is due up front and half on launch.
How long does it take?
Five business days for Launch, seven for Growth, ten for Flagship. The clock starts when the deposit clears and we have your service list, licence and photographs. We draft anything that is missing ourselves, so the build does not sit waiting on you.
Do you only work with Arizona businesses?
No. The studio is based in Arizona and we work with local businesses anywhere in the United States. The work does not change with the distance: the site is built for the town your customers search from, not for ours.
Will my site show up on Google?
We build everything that decides whether it can: a page for each service you sell, a title and description on every page, a sitemap, and LocalBusiness structured data that validates. We do not promise a position in the results — nobody can honestly promise that, and our contract says so in writing. What we guarantee is that nothing is missing on our side when Google looks.
Who owns the site and everything in it?
You do. The agreement says the client owns the site, its content and its data, and may export any of it at any time. If you ever leave, you leave with all of it. The only thing we keep is the right to show the work in a portfolio, and you can decline that in writing.
What happens after launch?
The Care plan starts the day you launch: hosting, uptime and form-delivery monitoring, a tested backup, and monthly edits. It is free for that first month, and the first fourteen days of it also carry fixes at no charge. After the free month it is $99 a month on Launch and $149 on Growth and Flagship. Thirty days' notice cancels it.
